Vacation rental search platform HomeToGo raises Series C round

HomeToGo, a metasearch engine for vacation rentals, has announced a Series C funding round led by Insight Venture Partners with participation from DN Capital, Acton Capital Partners, Rocket Internet, and Global Founders Capital. No figures have been disclosed. The Berlin-based site currently lists around 11 million rentals globally and integrates partners like Booking.com and Tui. Private Equity Looks to Challenge Airbnb With Vacasa Deal

Vacasa LLC, an online vacation rental company, raised $104 million from a group of private equity firms looking to build up a challenger to Airbnb. The Portland, Oregon-based startup said it received funding from Riverwood Capital, Level Equity, NewSpring Capital and other backers. Longboat Key man arrested for video voyeurism

More victims are expected in the case of a Longboat Key man accused of video voyeurism. Wayne Natt, 56, was arrested Sept. 29 after a Longboat Key police department investigation revealed at least one couple was videoed without permission in Natt’s rental unit at 623 Cedar Court.
