Look after your email marketing list

If you don’t use email marketing in your holiday rental marketing mix, then you are missing a trick. This is your chance to get in front of past and future guests, with their permission and I suggest you start building one right now!

But having a list is not enough. To make it work for you you need to take care of it:

  • don’t just use it to sell, sell, sell to, ensure your newsletters are full of valuable content
  • delight your list by offering subscriber only deals and offers
  • contact you list consistently and regularly to a set timeframe (eg monthly) so they get used to receiving emails from you and know when to expect them. Sporadic is not allowed!

Look after your list in this way and it will grow your business as it will be full of people who just love what you and your holiday home is offering, just waiting to book with you when the time is right.
