By Alan Egan

As we said last week… One of the things that all vacation rental owners should be aiming for is making year on year improvements. With more and more properties entering the marketplace it becomes harder and harder to stand out from the crowd so small additions here and there can really help you raise the bar.

And although hot tubs aren’t small additions they really do add curb appeal to your listing.
Who doesn’t like sitting in a hot tub sipping a cold drink!

I have to say that I’m not a huge fan of hot tubs normally, The majority are pretty ugly lumps of plastic sitting on a terrace (they do their job but they aren’t pretty) but the tubs in this slideshow really fit into their surroundings.

The opening slide showing the “007” Spa Deck – WOW – Take my money!!

We like a lot of these designs, especially the wooden tub types

What’s your favourite?

Hot tubs are one outdoor luxury that really do boost conversions so think about upping your game.

Great ideas for when we update our hot tub with a larger one later (though this is only 2 years old). When that happens we’ll be adding a surrounding deck. But in the meantime this will just have to do: http://searanchabalonebay.com/room/private-courtyard/
