How to Make Easter Special

4 Easy ways to make your guest’s Easter break with you even more special.

  1. Leave Easter gifts
As well as your usual welcome tray, leave an Easter-themed gift for your guests. Instead of chocolate Easter eggs this year I’m leaving Jelly Bunnies (as in Jelly Babies) for the children and some more sophisticated mini-eggs from a local chocolatier for the adults.
  2. Create an Easter egg trail for the children.

Write out some clues and hide them around your property. Leave clue number 1 on your welcome hamper, with details of where you’ve hidden clue number 2 etc. Leading to the final prize. This will take you 10 minutes to prepare but your guests will be talking about this extra touch and telling their friends, long after the Easter trail has ended.

  3. Church Services

Ideally you’ll know before arrival if your guest wishes to attend church over Easter. It’s something you can find out from them during the booking process. If not, better to be prepared and have details in your holiday rental of local church services, dates and times just in case.

  4. Easter Events
Local attractions very often run special events at Eastertime. Take time to find out what’s taking place in your area. Email your guest in advance so they can plan their visit and also leave information in your holiday rental. Your guests will appreciate your time and effort as it saves them having to search the internet for such events.
